RE: QTC @ WTC Round Robin and social April 23rd
Fellow members,
Thank you for such a great response to this invitation. At this time, all 24 tennis slots have been filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
Members who submitted their request to play after the 24 slots were filled are now on the alternate/backup list and will be contacted if another player cannot make it.
We ask all confirmed players that if they have to cancel, they contact Rich Griffin no later than Friday, April-21st so matches can be filled with alternates for Sunday the 23rd at 4:30pm.
There is, of course, room for those members who wish to join the social with food at 6pm ($8/pp).
Those members who want ‘food/social only’ should email Rich Griffin by Wednesday, April 19th, so head-count for food can be submitted and their names will be at the WTC front desk when they check in.
